The communication from Pitts was extremely poor during the buying process.When we called the office for information we where often told that there was nothing they could do to help and where generally made to feel as though we where an inconvenience. I called the office and expressed my concern about this,and although the gentleman apologised nothing changed. We would not reccomend Pittis for this reason

As above,we would have expected good communication and customer service.
