I welcome the opportunity to offer this review of Helmores as a letting agent. Straightforward and easy to deal with and, most importantly, a thorough, proactive and ongoing service with regular checks and feedback. For a landlord, this kind of attention inspires the kind of confidence one needs in letting a property. I feel that my interests are genuinely of concern and are not being compromised in any way. This has most certainly not been my experience of other local agencies. Thank you for your professionalism and care which has been excellent.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
