This company operate a ruthless overcharging and exploiting scheme and target people who live in flats/ small dwellings. They have through the years charged what they like at random, hoarding customers money in as reserves, then finding ways to extort/ cover this money for their own gain by means of various tactics via financial loopholes.

I have had to live with this company for 10 years, which I must say was even lot worse in the guise of \' Solitaire property management\'.
Although slight improvements have been in recent years to their approach to how they handle customers. It\'s merely been just a campaign to raise their profile and try and hide from the tactics and blatant exploitation that lies beneath and from the legacy of \'Solitaire/Preveral Group\'.

Whenever you do make a query or complaint, it is acknowledged by email automatically but if your query is financial, then don\'t expect a quick resolution as they would rather take you to through the courts and extort even more monies by adding exuberant admin /legal fee\'s to your account than to correct any errors made on their part for adding unlawful fee\'s to your account in the first place.

I would warn and advise against anybody wishing to rent or purchase a property with this organization as they will ruthlessly take what they get. They are the most ruthless and cunning con merchants you are ever likely to come across... BE WARNED !!!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Charge reasonably for services provided and if charging for landscaping, then make sure it Landscaping that is the service that\'s given. Not simply just a lawn mower who charges for Landscaping. Not hoarding and spending customers money where not necessary Acknowledge customers properly with respect and address queries in a timely manner, not ignore them or be aggressive in dealing with every monetary complaint.

I noticed all your comments and concur entirely. I have a few flats in Peterborough ,unfortunately managed by OM
Have you heard anyhting from OM Its possible they have gone bang . I wont hold my breath. Tried every day for the past week to get a reply on e-mail, Phoned numerous occasions,only get the automated answer service after hanging on for 10 minutes.
