Daniel has organised the refurbishment of both flats - both on time and to budget. 29 was done a while ago and was quickly tenanted by quality person offering long term rental income without hassle. No 13 has been more of an issue - originally due to ist not brilliant condition and thus poorish tenant - creating legal issues which Daniel is managing. Now that this ahs been refurbished we are moving it to the Premium service. All good news.
I do feel that at times the a seelcted contractor may take advantage of its posiiton and not seek out the best possible option for the landlord; however there is no issue in challenging quotes when asked to do so; or finding alternatives when a quoted doesn\'t feel right.
All nice people to deal with - and I ahve 7 propeerties managed through the Sale office; and as a result of that use teh branch in Birmingham to manage my Selly Oak property.
