I would like to thank Nathan playford for he’s quick one the ball attitude to getting me in my new house no messing about and just getting the job done Iv had some bad experiences with other company’s but I will say this man has impressed me and helped me out a lot from the short time iv know him I would say I’m interested

Just to add to the above, my partner and I arranged to view an apartment to let. The estate agent rang to confirm the appointment early afternoon so they were fully aware of the arrangements. I had taken the afternoon off and we patiently waited at the flat, and waited and waited. No show from them and no courtesy call to let us know they were tied up. Unfortunately it was Nathan that had arranged the viewing and confirmed he would be available to show us around. Yes I agree the worst estate age ...

Comment on agent fees
fees are very high compared to other agents and they rip people off because they charge for things that are actually free such as moving onto a rolling contract once the end of a 6 month fixed term ends

Bridgfords don't charge to enter into a rolling contract, at all. They charge to enter into a new fixed term contract however as this involves drawing up new legal documents. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
