I let my apartment in Berkeley Street (W1) through Chestertons in Mayfair in 2018-19. I dealt with Eric and Chris in their lettings dept, and they were both v professional, and also achieved the full asking price at a time when the market was quiet. Chestertons was also true to its reputation in terms of the (high) quality of their tenants. So I can recommend the agency to other landlords in the area.
