A tenant for 2 years, never missed paying rent. But had to hold back rent in order to get repairs done on the house. House was draughty, cold and damp, the supplies left behind when I moved in should have rung alarm bells: Left with no heating multiple times for a week or so at a time. The only contact you ever get is to check that rent will be paid! They even have the cheek to tell you that the land lord will do no further repairs, even tho jobs were still outstanding from the start of tenancy. The shower the house was advertised with, didn\'t work, well it did, but was about as efficient as standing under an incontinent rodent. The roof leaked, had to tell them 3 times before they even did anything. Windows that wouldn\'t open, others that were so draughty they may as well be left open. So glad I am out, I thought I would warn others. And to top it all, they charged over £500 a month for this property and refused to give back my bond. Have a look at the pics on the links. You are clearly embarrassed by your behaviour and conduct during your tenancy agreement to log in under a false name. You did not receive the return of your deposit due to the disgusting state you left the property in and also owing one month’s rent. You abandoned the property without giving the correct notice or returning the keys. The pictures displayed are of the bathroom. The damage was caused by a build up of mildew, due to you not using the extractor fan fitted or airing the bathroom correctly. This was explained to you by our maintenance contactor on many occasions.

Your rent was paid consistently late throughout the tenancy, causing the landlord extreme financial difficulties. At no point have you requested a repair that was not carried out with immediate effect.
