Bullying, dishonest, lazy and slap dash. the agent I dealt with lied and lied and lied to me, I am not an idiot and can check back on texts etc to confirm that he lied. He was only interested in a quick sale so he could get his money. I felt very much that he was on my buyers side and not mine and I felt very bullied by him. Finally i told the manager I couldn't deal with him any more and the end bit was good.
