Dear Nicola, Im not surprised at your review based on your attitude as weve tried to help with the boiler issue since yesterday, less than 24hrs ago. Disappointed to receive such a review from a long term tenant especially when weve helped them out on numerous occasion over their tenure. What theyve failed to appreciate is the check out is done by an independent company in order to provide an unbiased report. Once it was raised that there was an issue there were asked to return and correct their missing of the MW, an apology was given to the tenant and no charge was made for it.
