Utterly disappointing. Promised a good service, but were not clear about their fee structure, took 7 weeks to respond to an email complaining, refused to address the issues raised and suggested the answer was to serve notice on the tenant. If you are letting a property use anyone except James Dean.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Should have dealt with their short comings and not tried to blame the tenant
