If you want to remember why estate agents are held in such a low regard - seek no further contact than the superstar team at Sunningdale!
From totally clueless agents to incompetent managers convincing the landlord to go back on their contractual agreement (you read it correctly: a contract agreement reversed on Christmas Eve!)
Here’s my score following what seems to be 30 other reviewers absolutely happy as Larry (or perhaps all other negative reviews removed?)
Q: Who’s managing the property?
A1: Us at Savills. We’ll look after you!
(2 days later)
A2: the landlord
(3 days later)
A3: Savills!
(Within the day)
A4: the landlord is the one in charge - we’re merely following introductions...
To conclude:
Service: terrible
Maturity: infant level
Accountability: zero
Reliability: when suits them (only!)
Charges: immediately
Time to read 50 page contract : less than 2 hours or else you’re out!!!
Payment required in: NOW or else you’re out!
Contact the office to demand refund: no response.
Called head office to demand refund: call hung up!
If you thought Foxton’s are horrible I welcome you to challenge yourself and deal with them for new record lows of anything that could be remotely considered as “customer service”
