We did not have an especially easy sale (not due to Parkers, but matters out of their control). I found Damien very helpful and friendly on the phone. However, a number of other parties in the chain commented that their calls to him were not always being returned in a timely manner, and that - in a time pressured situation - that he was not exhibiting much of a sense of urgency. I sometimes found that I would have liked more updates, even if it was a "there is still no news but we are waiting for X to respond". A number of times I had to chase to get an update on the situation.
However, I reiterate, I found the service on the whole good.
