Do not trust Atkinson Stilgoe agents they can not be trusted and are only out for there commission only !!! they give all other estate agents a bad name and will leave a sour taste once you have had any sort of under dealings with them be very very careful !!
We put an offer on a property and this was accepted by the owner to find out at a later stage there were another offer on the table at a latter stage over our offer.
So how do the other persons even know our offer - This is down to not trust worthy selling agents out for them selfs.
