John Payne Greenwich and blackheath standard is an estate agent in greenwich that one should avoid as I have had nothing but bad experiences when engaging with them to view a property that was posted to let by their letting department. After confirming our viewing and initial questions about a property let by john payne in greenwich they cancelled the viewing 2 hrs prior as the property was already under offer. They never informed us that the property was under offer and wasted our time completely demonstrating purely lack of professionalism and respect from john payne in greenwich. I would avoid this property company going forward and hope this review is informative to other considering engaging with John Payne lettings in greenwich either directly or via zoopla.
