They are thieves and liars!!! WORST AGENCY
This is a company that has no sense of service - money comes first. We found a room at 1040 pounds all inclusive. When we signed the contract we asked again if the price included all charges and we didn't want any surprises. They assured us that yes we would get the deposit back in full. Furthermore we had paid 3 months in advance so we were within rules.
We signed and paid the deposit etc. When we arrived in our room (for 2) it was in a terrible state and the cleaning was not done between the transition from the previous tenant and us. The bathroom was clogged with lots of hair. The carpet in the photos was pink when we arrived it was grey-green with dirt. The toilet I'd rather not even tell you about it. Unfortunately we had to clean and disinfect it ourselves.
Then there is the problem of the deposit. When we returned the keys, the manager assured us that we would receive the full deposit after 2/3 weeks. So we returned to France 4 months later and we still hadn't received anything. We called them on the phone about 10 times, contacted them by email, it was just to tell us that the procedure was long, we were going to receive it and so on.
Then one day the manager sends us an email with the amount of the deposit and returns it to us.Would you like to laugh?? Out of 1040 pounds of deposit he returns 77 pounds!!!!!!!!!! When we had left the room cleaner than it was!!!!! So we asked to justify this amount as no damage was caused! The manager answered that it was the cost of electricity, water, wifi etc. When we signed the contract he told us that everything was included in the £1040. So he told us to look in the contract with the line specified that the charges were to be paid at £20 per day maximum, the rest was to be paid by the tenant. So we made a mistake by trusting liars. So it was a mistake on our part because he had assured us orally that everything was taken care of and we believed him.
We therefore asked him to justify the amount of his charges with invoices. Would you like to laugh a second time??? We arrived in the room on the 19th of December 2019, he sent us invoices which started on the 1st of December, 19 days after our arrival. Moreover these are the bills for the whole flat while we were with 2 other tenants??????? So they wanted us to pay the bills before we arrived plus the bills for the whole flat. So after several times we threatened them with legal proceedings and they agreed to pay us back £780 out of £1040. But basically they wanted to give us back £77 and the manager insisted that we sign the sheet and send it back to him. We didn't let that happen, it's unacceptable. Worse agency, they shouldn't be allowed to practice because we're not the first!!!! One of the manager was Nathan MARTINEZ
