I've known Anthony for years and he has been consistently brilliant all the way from finding a tenant to property management. He is conscientious both from the landlord and tenant's perspective and treats his clients as if they were family. There's a saying that goes something like "if you want a job doing properly, do it yourself". This needs to be changed to "if you want a job doing properly, do it yourself or ask Anthony and his team".
