As first time sellers we had a reasonable service from Boyds to sell our property. We dealt with just two agents from start to finish of the house sell which was good for continuity. They were always very prompt at responding to queries and questions. However as first time sellers we were unfamiliar with the processes and a bit more advice would have been beneficial. For example, their expert opinion on setting a closing date and the house offers received would have been appreciated.
The hard copies of the brochures arrived after the majority of the house viewings and given the cost this was unsatisfactory. Unfortunately Boyds response was also disappointing.
Final point, viewers of the property all had positive comments about their experience with Boyds.

I have now reviewed your file and would like to confirm the following;
1. You property was listed online 19/8/20 and your brochures where sent to print after they had been approved. The hard copies arrived into our office on 24/8/20 and these where posted out to you via first class mail. The delays which have been caused are due to the current pandemic, which we can only apologies for. Your brochures where included in the marketing package, these are not charged separately.
2. I can also confirm that a detailed email was sent to you on the 24/8/20 explaining what happens when a closing date is set.
3. I can confirm that we contacted you by telephone on 01/09/20 and we discussed the details of the 8 offers we received that day. This was also followed up by an email sent to you at 1.30pm on the same day after our telephone call.
I am delighted with the level of interest your property received and that we sold your property in such a short period of time, 13 days from sale to under offer.
