The building in N12 is like a zoo badly run.
States no smoking yet flat 5 Hurley Court is a heavy smoker.
Management say you can smoke in flat yet big notice in lobby states no smoking.
Maybe you can't read your own notices!...

I would recommend Encore only if you like living in a death trap covered in inflammable cladding and with timber balconies, and you want to be forced to pay thousands of pounds to fix it yourself.

Nowhere did I suggest that Encore “build any developments, [have] anything to do with their construction or own them”, so I don't know where you've got that idea.
If "resident safety is your prime concern", why are you still holding leaseholders to ransom by making them pay thousands of pounds each to make their apartments safe?
