Simon Goldin managed the sale of our flat and did an excellent job keeping the transaction on the tracks, proactively managing the process, making sure everything progressed and finding solutions to issues that arose. A successful sale depends so much on keeping the momentum going and everyone following through cooperatively - how effective the agent is at making sure what needs to happen actually happens is everything and this is where Simon and his team excelled.
