From the outset homes4u were just very unhelpful some members of staff were blatantly rude. We needed to move stuff into the property, not move it, just put some stuff in there which they had said would be fine. All paperwork was filled out, apart from one parent needed to sign the fina guarantor. That parent was in homes4u with us but he didn\'t have a bill with him, so they point blank said there is no way they can help or let us move any stuff in. Anyone with an actual decent, human, reasonable bone in their body could clearly see we weren\'t all gonna run off and abandon the property, especially when we had all paid our deposits and wanted to move in, and already signed 3/4 guarantors. Any reasonable human being would be kind and be like well clearly your parent is here, saying they are guarantor, trying their best to get it signed off, so you can take the key for a couple of hours and move your stuff in.
This is one of many bad experiences we have had with them. So many friends have also complained about them and how they have no desire to help students or have any notion of good customer service. One friend was allowed to move her stuff in to leave over summer, only to find all of their stuff had been thrown away when they got back in September. Homes4u has become to corporate and has to follow every tiny regulation to the letter and had completely lost and human, rational side or goodwill. AVOID THEM
