We are a couple in our mid 60's and early 70's who after living in our property for 40+ years decided to take the plunge and sell. It was something that we had been considering for some time but we were always reluctant because of the daunting process and the stress that moving entails. However, after watching our son and daughter in law sell their property with One Click Homes we decided to make the jump...
What can we say....we instructed One Click Homes and within a week they had offers coming in and our property was sold subject to contract. The fact we only had a week of viewings was fantastic! Eight weeks later our sale completed and we have not looked back. From start to finish One Click Homes were truly outstanding. We cannot thank Tony enough for making what can be a daunting experience at our age into something so plain sailing. Tony offers a professional yet very personal service and he was always at the end of the phone when we needed that bit of reassurance (day or night). We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tony and One Click Homes to anyone. There is no doubt in our minds that we would not have received the same level of service from any other agent - One Click Homes really do go above and beyond!
