OM Property have come under new management who promise a customer charter and service improvement but it makes absolutely no difference. They overcharge and obfuscate if you question the charges. The property manager is never available and customer service is usually either unhelpful or has no idea what is going on. Communication is very poor and they do not follow the procedures required for example not letting anyone know of a change in freeholder. I will be working towards having them removed from having anything to do with managing our Estate in future as they are a farce, charging money for nothing, literally.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Better communication of financials, reasons for action and all round knowledge of what is going on would have been helpful. Improvement from non-existent service levels.
