Hard to rate an agent that isnt interested in doing viewings at all, or even answering the phone. Recently tried to view 5 seperate properties. Got a single response "we arent doing viewings, take it from the photos or leave it". Covid is not an excuse, as other agents are willing and able to do this safely. And customer service is a thing, look it up !

Ian, I am sorry that your enquiry with Castlebrae did not to your expectations. At this time we are still carrying out viewings, but only on vacant properties. This might mean that your details are added to a call back list for scheduling a viewing appointment once the current tenant has vacated. We have implemented these measure to ensure the safety of our Staff, Tenants and the wider community during this COVID 19 pandemic. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
