The process of renting the apartment, paying the deposit, and signing the contract was smooth. Jay was efficient and professional. As students, they did ask us to pay an 8 week deposit in addition to 6 months of rent, which was slightly unusual. After moving in, we had a minor plumbing problem. Susan was extremely responsive and arranged for the block plumber to come the same day, which was much appreciated. Have not received the tenant deposit scheme certificate after 2 weeks of move-in...not sure whose responsibility it is.

Thanks Ang. We do take a larger deposit from students, however it's always refundable subject to the apartment being handed back in the same condition which I'm sure you will do :)
