We used EEA to try and sell our house, they talked the talk well and were friendly and persuasive. They made it clear from the start that the price would be low to attract viewings with an absolute assurance that the price would be negotiated up. Although they were super helpful and communication was great, the hard sell of our property was all aimed at us! From day one we were being persuaded to drop the price further and further. Our contact would ring and say he was worried that there was so little interest and we were persuaded to drop further and further. In one conversation he asked if I was comfortable with the lower price and I said I wasn\'t, he asked us to trust him. In two weeks we had been persuaded to drop our asking price by 20k. We were desperate and we did put our trust in him and yes we got an offer but surprise surprise, the buyer offered below the already too low asking price and his promised negotiations didn\'t work. Basically EEA is about driving prices down and lowering expectations. Be very careful.
