Just want to praise Steven Knott at Hitchin branch who is absolutely the best at managing our property. We have had three big jobs that had to be done recently, all at the same time, and he handled the different trades, the tenants and us with courtesy and superb efficiency. We were kept fully informed at all times, photos were provided of work in progress and work on completion, and everything was dovetailed in perfectly despite constant rearranging due to the heavy rain. At the end of the work, he confirmed that the tenants were happy, the neighbours were happy and we were happy. Excellent: one could not ask for more.
