To begin with Florence Crawley has been very helpful, enthusiastic and polite throughout the whole process of getting the contract signed. She maintained great contact with all tenants and was understanding when some of the references required took a little longer than expected due to circumstances outside of our control. She had a good overall professional manner.
Upon entering the flat we began to have problems with a member of staff. Natalia Molina. Who instead of helping to amend problems with the letting that should have be organised prior to our move date, for example we weren\'t given keys to all of the doors, not enough keys to others, decided that she would ignore all of our emails. She maintained a high level of cold \'shoudlering\' and when finally reached on the phone successfully managed to be so incredibly rude with her verbal contact. She would actively avoid our calls when we got through to the office and acted as though we were effectively wasting her time.
David Lowry has been incredibly helpful throughout all the problems that have occurred since our move date and has been quick, responsive and understanding to help us deal with issues with the property. His manner is perfectly professional and personal at the same time.
