I hired MyLondonHome (MLH) to help me sell my property in Canary Wharf. This was after a very bad an unpleasant experience with another agent, Chestertons, but that’s a story for another day.

MLH have been fantastic. The difference was night and day. As the old adage goes “you get what you pay for” and I felt that they really earned their fee by working extremely hard in getting me multiple offers on my property (all above what Chestertons could do and during a pandemic mind you!). Danny Greenland has worked tirelessly in conducting viewings and at no point throughout the sale process did I feel pressured to accept an offer that I did not like.

They have been prompt in replying to my emails and calls and have just been excellent all round. I will not hesitate in recommending them to family or friends.

Also, a special mention to Wendy Gould who kept me fully abreast of my sale’s progress and was indefatigable in chasing up my managing agents for the EWS1 report as well as following up with my buyer and solicitor.

Really pleased with the end result and a big thank you to the entire team including Adam Anker who stepped in to cover when there was a shortage of staff.
