Very bad firsthand experience trying to get a valuation. First appointment with Raj cancelled due to illness. Made a 2nd appointment that was confirmed via email. The day before appointment I called the office to make sure appointment was happening. The agent Michael informed me no appointment in diary. Very unprofessional with a patronising tone. He asked if I wanted to reschedule at this early stage I declined to have any further interaction with this estate agents. Don't bother ....go to more reputable agent
