The house was marketed regularly and effectively. We were regularly kept informed of buyer enquiries and given feed-back after viewings. We were also informed about internet interest.
As the sale neared its conclusion, we experienced unhelpful behaviour from the buyer, in respect of information requested, and normal communication. We were puzzled and annoyed by this conduct, as was our solicitor, but everyone at Whitegates was extremely helpful, understanding and sympathetic. We feel they did the extra mile for us, in particular, Debbie Price, who made many phone call enquiries on our behalf. Particular thanks to her, but also to all the staff whom we encounted. An excellent, friendly, polite and efficient service.
