the agents did a very good job in fighting for me to get a house to rent regarding my circumstances and i am very grateful for that. the arrangements went through easily and i moved in 2 weeks ago. there is a down side though as i have found a few faults with the house as in leaking pipework under the kitchen sink, windows i cant open, a shower i cant use. i have reported these faults to the relevant department when i moved in but as yet i have not even had a confirmation that anything is going to be done about it, infact when i rang up i was told that maybe i should try to fix the leaking pipe myself?? how exactly? i pay rent for the property and i therefore expect a certain service and maintenance to the house.
also when i moved in there was no instructions on how to use the boiler which keeps losing the pilot light, or the washing machine, basic stuff i think..
