steve was really great at helping me let my house out, i had an idea of how it all works but he steared me in the right direction. gave good advise (and still is ) let the property for MORE than i thought it would rent for. easy , quick and trouble free. i did`nt do much except sign the paperwork and left the rest to parkers.
a couple of other agents came to rent the property for me but they did`nt seem to be to bothered if they let it or not.
