Purchased the property from Winkworth and have let it out for nearly 3yrs with them as the property manager. We live outside of the UK so need to have an agent that is dependable to take care of all the issues with our flat and tenants. Winkworth have been great, taking care of anything that we (or the flat) has thrown at them and would highly recommend to anybody looking for an agent for their property.
