Would have put 0 stars if I could!
Very rude, disrespectful, condescending staff! I have spoken to 4 of them, including the manager, and the only one that was pleasant was the lady who answered my first phone call. The manager was cocky, and refused to even engage in a conversation about an offer on a property, I ended up getting the owners details from the land registry (it costs only £3) and contacted them directly. The agent then called me, again speaking to me like a ‘naughty boy’, but did then agree to let me view the property. I arrived early, and wow, I thought I knew what could be done with a camera but these guys are genius! I want the lenses and photoshop process they use! Every picture from outside made the driveway, garden, and the property look so much more than it was! The driveway was described as ‘parking for 2 cars’, you would fill it with a Smart Car!! Totally miss described, and misleading photos! I telephoned the office to and said that I didn’t want to waste the time of the man we were due to meet there (I’d already had a 3 hour drive to get there), and was again spoken to in a very stroppy unpleasant manner, I was saving their time! I wouldn’t instruct these people to market a ferret pen!!

Appallingly bad service. Apart from Fiona, very poor communication and seemingly uninterested. Didn't read or answer emails. Hard to contact by phone. Stay away from them....

Had these John Francis together with another agent. Only got viewings from these guys. Arwel, Iolo and Ben, all kept me up to speed with everything. Helpful, friendly and still very professional. A smashing team. Highly recommended....

Unfortunately, they had to share the commission because I failed to stop the instructions with the other agent. Shame, because these guys deserve every penny.
