Just finally sold a property put on the market in mid-May despite no chain and a specific request for buyers who would complete quickly.Offered me buyers who they claimed were with a mortgage, subject to valuation. As soon as offer accepted it turned out there was no such thing.
All through they sided with the buyers and played with us, their clients. Only Sharon sometimes helped but the Manager was what I can only describe as a typical estate agent!
I strongly recommend you do not sell through this agency.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
