Patrick is by far one of the best estate agents I have dealt with. I was nervous about selling by house as a going concern in the current climate however it was marketed to the right people and I had three decent offers the first weekend of viewings. He was hands on throughout the sale from offer through to completion and the service I received was sterling. He is honest, reliable, trustworthy and above all he is very good at his job. I will definitely be using him again.
