If the rating could be lower it would be!
David James Newland Rennie are disgraceful in their attitude to the properties they 'manage', they take no responsibility for their tenants and do nothing to hold them to their tenancy agreements.
They will happily leave drug users/dealers/cultivators who are disruptive and abusive to neighbours living in the property without addressing the situation through correct property checks or listening to the numerous complaints and have no regard for anyone other than taking fees!

The staff have a dismissive, demeaning, arrogant attitude when approached with anything that means they may have to work for their fees.

Very poor customer service. Poor advice. Need in bidding war. Seems to have no idea on how purchasing a property should be achieved. Only interested in best price and doesn't seem to take into account the vendor and purchasers positions Will never use to buy ...

Thank you for your comment in response to my review. The female estate agent was not very helpful and at times condescending. The sale was lost - a complaint was made to HQ in Newport regarding the whole process and communication methods, a phone call from the Cheltenham office was promised. That was two months ago - still no call I think you should review your processes as most estate request best and final offers and present this to the vendor. We have since secured a proper ...

Hello Micky and Mitch I am sorry that you are upset that your landlord decided to sell or re-let the property that you lived in. However can I just explain that we do not own the property and merely act under the instruction of your landlord who is the owner and has every right to sell or re-let what belongs to him.
