Worst experience I had, they are good just at taking your money.
We were tenants with David Andrew, we had several issues for the couple of years we have been living in that place.
We discovered that the electricity meter was not registered with energy companies (it sounded like it was shut because of debts from the person that was living there before us), we had to sort that out without help.
We reported several issue since the beginning of tenancy (leaks, broken/missing items, ...), we had to chase every week to get updates or even answers to our questions. We tried even bullet points to try to get answers for specific issues, but things got mostly ignored. As an example, it took 6 months to get keys to access the hallway with the energy meter.
Many contractors appointments have been badly organised, no shows without any notice, repeated appointments to show the same issue over and over, or even trespassing without authorisation. Most of the staff did not even understand the concept of trespassing, even though it was clearly stated in the contract that they needed authorisation 24h before entering (not that we had anything to hide, but the only couple of times they attended without us they left a mess in several places, lights on, etc).
Communications were often sent to just one of the tenants, making it very hard to know what was going on.
We had many major issues with mold, even resulting in health conditions and ruining a lot of our possessions. We had to chase and stress the urgency of the situation for one year straight without really getting much out of it. Landlords said towards the end of our tenancy they have not been made aware of the severity of the issue, even though we sent to the agency a lot of emails with photo evidence, so it looks like the agency was not even communicating with the landlords. We never got a reply regarding refunding the ruined items.
Quite expensive fees all around, compared with any other agency I trust, for an abysmal service
