I have only been dealing with Gascoigne Pees for a number of days and I am already more than satisfied with their services, Especially Charlotte Young. Charlotte has done everything she said she would do and has gone above and beyond on her customer service to make sure I get all the help and information I need.

Poor service, unresponsive, poor communication at best. Slow to return deposit and general lack of interest in the end user. Contract not prepared properly and stapled together in the wrong order. No communication about new tenants viewing property, no acklowledgement for receipt of keys etc. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
