Their website and answer phone state the company is open 9-5, yet when you ring at 4pm you get no answer, tried 2 for emergency repairs, keep getting cut off and no further forward, they left us with unsafe living standards which has been patched but not fully repaired for months on end, honestly of all the property letters this has been the absolute worst, it wouldn't be so bad if you could get through to them or if they opened their office at normal times..

Apparently the guy can't get emails until he's in the office (and they can't change their website?? how unprofessional), it's like talking to the 1980's.. and the staff in the office should use the phone not send emails anyway, especially in emergencies.

The fact we have been here since 2016 doesn't mean anything, we've paid the rent on time and have been neglected on numerous occasions, so yes I was extremely frustrated when I rang up as would anyone who you treat unprofessionally for years on end (we reported the problem to office staff at 10am, and at 4:30pm the maintenance team was not aware of the problem, great communication well done).

For the record we had an unsafe step in between the kitchen and dining room which had caused several accidents over the years to ourselves and guests, luckily no-one was badly hurt but we should have got lawyers involved in hindsight, of course most people don't want to cause trouble for their landlords for fear of retribution.

AJ: someone attended to help you out of our usual hours. ME: we reported the problem 10am in the morning, outside of usual hours is moot when you can't pass a simple message from the office to repairs.

AJ: .I also believe just because as you state 'are a big lad & can't climb a ladder' is not our fault. ME: Actually the smoke alarm was jammed, even the professional contractor took about 10-15 minutes to get it open, I did try to sort it out but to no avail.

AJ: Think it's really unfair that you have left us a 1-star review considering we helped you even though you were very abusive & swearing at our staff.. ME: 1 star is honestly how me and the wife feel about how you have neglected us over the years, and yes I swore because you were clueless about the fact that there was an issue, my dog was absolutely petrified and had to stay the night at my dads house, so you need to have a chat with your team in the office and make sure things get reported correctly, and also it's 2020, the excuse "I can't get emails until i'm in the office" just doesn't work anymore.
