Very slow, very unresponsive, disinterested, made to feel like DW is doing you a favour, DW staff give the distinct impression of being there for the paycheck and nothing else, a job to kill time until they find something better.

Positive reviews, I can only assume, come from DW friends and family.

Total lack of customer service and ridiculously slow to respond. Very high costs for service charges, that are not reflected in anyway in their customer service levels. Have complained time and time again with no sorry or improvement to services....

We were disappointed to read your review, especially after what we believe had been an untroubled tenancy. Your comments relate to issues surrounding the check-out; a misunderstanding about furniture items you mistakenly removed from the premises, and the condition of the cleaning as reported by the inventory clerk.
