I am reiterating what everyone else has said. Don't use Fineholm. Yes, you will always see more bad reviews and never very many good ones. However, they were absolutely awful to us.

We moved in and the flat was a mess. We cleaned it inside and out (and threw away the bags of rubbish sitting in the flat). The window was broken - it took months of speaking to an extremely rude agent to get this fixed. Our shower didn't work for 2 months (baths for 2 months, there goes our low bills!)

When we moved out we made sure the flat was in immaculate condition, and they charged us 2/3 of the deposit for a 'deep clean treatment'. We tried to fight it, but unfortunately they had it all in small clauses that they could do whatever they wanted. Horrible company. Especially considering the state of the place when we moved in. Wonder how much the tenants before got charged for a non existant cleaning?

We also got charged for this 'deep clean treatment'. But we actually hired our own cleaners to do something of the same (at a fraction of what Fineholm charged us) and the flat was sparkling. Then get charged that also? Ridiculous. We took it to a solicitor, but they said Fineholm had you with all the clauses etc saying they could charge whatever. Scotland really needs to get in the DPS up here. It works so much better.
