Full of enthusiasm at beginning, calls returned etc. When thru thought theu had a done deal, they just didn't want to know.only one agent worth their salt is Jonathan. He totally got it full throttle from owners, until I spoke to him and told him what had really happened. He understood, said he would speak to the owners.
Only time I got a call from them was when my solicitor informed them I was pulling out of the purchase of their property due to the many many lies told by the sellers. Eg 3 ye old boiler serviced 3 months before being marketed. In truth turned out to be 8 yrs old and never serviced.
What parents with 3 school age kids doesn't get a boiler serviced, doesn't clean the toilet seats (pure acid wash for 2 days didn't sort it!) bet agents rubbed hands together thanks to covid and no opening anything!!when they were still in the property 45 minutes (after giving them an Extra hour) that is, all agents said was 'its out job to market only'.Alistair!
Go to a DECENT ESTATE AGENCY BEFORE YOU WASTE IT WITH THIS BUNCH OF NO HOPERS. WILL NOT EVRN LOOK AT THEIR PROPERTIES EVER EVER AGAIN.
