I have had issues with all the staff I have come into contact with. They have ignored multiple emails and never returned calls. I have recently been trying to get a deposit back for nearly a month and have had no assistance whatsoever. I rented for 4 years and have nothing positive do say. They only ever communicated when they wanted me to pay them. I very rarely leave reviews but they really have very poor customer service so feel I it is responsible to do so in this instance.
