So disappointed from them and in general Carole Cherry! Takes ages to respond to e-mails, unprofessional . Seems that she doesn\'t care for the tenants at all. Delay in paying back the deposit even tho is said clear in the contract 10 days,and again no info given ! So unpleased with their service !
What agent could do to change your mind?

Even though our tenancy agreements state that deposit should be returned within 10 working days, unfortunately we cannot return until we have written permission to do so from the landlord. Plus if the property was not handed back in the same condition then time is need to organise quotes/costs. Please email me on or call me on 020 8540 9828 to discuss further.
