Always easy to get hold of over the phone, no long hold times. If they are unable to give me an answer immediately then they always get back to me asap, which is fantastic as I have just bought the property and am currently decorating it and have had quite a few things to run by them.

I have dealt with both the admin and accounts team and have found all staff members I have spoken to so far (Leanne, Matt, Mike) to be friendly and understanding.
