From start to finish Helmores, and in particular Clare, made the purchase of our new home (almost) a pleasure. Clare kept us informed of what was and wasn't happening at every stage of the process and in between. Throughout the process I felt confident that Clare had everything in hand and, although in a position where she was representing the interests of both us as the purchases and the vendors, that Clare had our best interests in mind at all times. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
