Y Homes offered an excellent service, they were personable, helpful and value for money. My house sold within 12 weeks despite YHomes being a smaller less known estate agent. I think that you feel the company are doing their best for you as your property is not swamped by a large amount of other properties and communication is excellent. Andrew always responded promptly to any queries. I would definitely use YHomes again, their service and prices beat the competition easily.
