Well what can I say?!

Absolutely unprofessional, disgusting customer service. We had a visit by Johnathan who came and valued the property at an agreed price, he also mentioned their \'superfabdab\' online voice over which dramatically increased viewing figures at an extra £200. Great, what more could you ask for?

This service was apparently applied to their website and others within 48 hours, or so we were told. 6 weeks after continual chasing and a whopping one phone call returned from the 18 we made it was listed.

It was then agreed with Stuart [Branch manager] because of the misleading information that the fee would be refunded if they failed to sell within the 20 week contractual period, something he felt wouldn\'t be necessary as they were that good! Ha, right!

In June of this year we compiled a complaint list of very very poor service and emailed through to them. This wasn\'t instantly acknowledged as expected but eventually someone rang to discuss their shortcomings. Again more false promises were made.

During the 5 months on the market we had 5 viewings and apparently only one viewing received feedback, again after we chased. It appears the other 4 viewers ignored their efforts to contact or more honestly didn\'t exist.

Balls to this we thought, let\'s rent it out. Oops we used them for this too but very quickly relieved them of this as we found out that someone who supposedly viewed and was very interested had never visited the property. So, that would be more lies.

We cancelled everything with them and asked for the return of our keys - this even took three phone calls!

This morning they sent a letter \'reminding\' us of our contractual responsibility in paying for the EPC so I contacted Stuart, again I remind you he is the Branch Manager, who told me to \'f*** off\' and slammed down the phone just as I explained we would be taking this as far as we could and have no intentions of making any payment to them. What a lovely man!


Consequently we have listed with another agent who surpasses them already, how hard could it be?


p.s. we will not let this lie and roll over so be prepared to fight your corner.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Fold and leave the marketplace, you\'re absolutely awful.
