We rented a flat through Jacqui at Hurford Salvi Carr at the end of July. She was incredibly helpful and efficient from the beginning, replying to all our questions very promptly and going over clauses in our contract which we queried.

Our flat is managed privately so I can\'t comment on HSC\'s management but we have sent a couple of emails to Jacqui on things which seemed to crossover between agent and management (getting bills for utilities which we thought were contractually included) and she has dealt with them very quickly and (hopefully) there will not be any issues.

Fees for admin, credit checks, etc. seem pretty standard and when we had a bank error and were late with a payment we got an informal email first rather than a letter and a £40 fine (which happened when we were with Foxtons).
